Best regards, Will Schober Speaker: Razeen ud Din Title: Nonlocality distillation can outperform entanglement distillation Abstract: Given few copies n, of a noisy entangled bipartite state, we compare the optimal entanglement and nonlocality distillation protocols in terms of the attained CHSH violation. For n = 3, we find that nonlocality distillation can slightly outperform entanglement distillation for a high enough noise. We ask the question: Do there exist information processing tasks where this distinction implies a better protocol?
